As part of the 20th-anniversary celebration of the Croatian Exporters Association, ALTPRO was honored with the prestigious Platinum Key award for continuous business excellence. ALTPRO has been nominated six times so far and has won four Golden Key awards:
- Most Innovative Exporter in 2018
- Best Croatian Exporter to India in 2019
- Most Innovative Exporter in 2020
- Best Croatian Exporter to China in 2021
Platinum Key: A Recognition for Outstanding Exporters
Croatian Exporters, founded in 2004 as a non-profit association, represents the interests of companies and organizations that promote Croatian exports. On the occasion of the tenth and twentieth anniversaries of the Association, the Platinum Key awards were presented to exporters who have achieved exceptional results over the years and won the most Golden Keys.
The Platinum Key winners for 2024, along with ALTPRO, are: AD Plastik, DOK-ING, E.G.O. Elektrokomponente, HS Produkt, Jadran-Galenski Laboratorij, Končar Distributivni i specijalni transformatori, Končar – Energetski transformatori, LPT, Pliva Hrvatska, Podravka i Vetropack Straža.
Davor Baković, President of Croatian Exporters, emphasized that the Platinum Key is awarded to exporters who have demonstrated exceptional consistency in quality and innovation over the past 17 years. “We must continuously strengthen Croatia’s export competencies based on knowledge and high added value,” said Baković.
ALTPRO Expands to New Markets and Opens a New Chapter
The Director od ALTPRO, Zvonimir Viduka expressed gratitude to colleagues, institutions, and international partners in countries such as India, China, and France, highlighting the challenges of exporting technology.
In addition to the recognition from Croatian Exporters, ALTPRO celebrates several significant milestones this year:
- 30 years since the company’s founding,
- 20 years of membership in UNIFE,
- 10th participation in the world’s largest railway fair InnoTrans
A special step in 2024 is the opening of a new 3,500-square-meter production facility in Velika Gorica, marking the beginning of a new era for the company.
