Behind us is another successful exhibition at InnoTrans, the largest rail industry fair in the world, where we have been exhibiting regularly since 2004. This year is special for us in every way – in addition to celebrating 30 years since the foundation of the company, we are also celebrating our tenth appearance at InnoTrans!
InnoTrans 2024
This year’s InnoTrans, as the most important event of the global railway industry, set new records in almost all segments:
- Participation of 2,940 exhibitors from 59 countries
- Record attendance of around 170,000 visitors from 133 countries
- Presentation of 133 vehicles on 3500 meters of track
- Occupancy of 42 exhibition halls on a total area of 200,000 square meters
The main topics of this year’s fair were sustainability, electrification, digitalization and, above all, artificial intelligence.
InnoTrans was held for the first time in 1996 at the Messe Berlin complex, and is organized every two years, except for 2020, when it was postponed due to the global pandemic. The next InnoTrans has been announced for the period from September 22 to 26, 2026.
ALTPRO at InnoTrans 2024
This year, as well as in 2022, we exhibited in the modernly designed new hall Hub27, which gathers leading export companies and key European institutions such as the European Commission, UNIFE, the ERA Agency and EU-Rail.
During the four days of the fair, we successfully presented the latest solutions and innovations, such as the new generation of axle counters, novelties in vehicle maintenance services, and integration services for railway infrastructure modernization projects.
The biggest innovation that we presented in the field of infrastructure signaling is the new generation of axle counter APAX, which represents the crown of the accumulation of knowledge and experience gathered from all 6 continents where existing solutions are installed. Recently, we have been actively engaged in integrator projects that were also presented at the fair, but the concentration on research and production still remains strong, so the main products are still a complete systems for level crossings protection and devices for the detection of various types of railway vehicles.
In the area of rolling stock solutions, we have presented several exciting news. One of them is certainly the new service hall, which is currently being arranged so that it can receive railway vehicles for various activities – from the installation of the ATP system (such as the RAS90 -INDUSI PZB90 that was exhibited at the fair), through regular maintenance and up to larger services and more complex actions.
During the four days of the fair, we recorded extremely high interest from visitors, held numerous presentations and meetings, and made contacts with existing customers, but also with many new potential partners. We conclude that our tenth exhibition at InnoTrans was extremely successful, and we look forward to the preparation and development of new solutions that we will present in Berlin in 2026!
