8. July 2025.
Representatives of the Croatian Chamber of Economy (HGK) – President Luka Burilović, Vice President Tomislav Radoš and President of the HGK Zagreb Chamber Josip Zaher – visited the ALTPRO company and its new production facility in Velika Gorica. The visit was organized as part of the long-standing cooperation between the Croatian Chamber of Economy and ALTPRO and with the aim of further connecting with domestic technological leaders. The ALTPRO company is a long-standing member of the Croatian Chamber of Economy and an active participant in the work of the Economic Council of the Zagreb Chamber.
The focus of the visit was the production facility in Velika Gorica, which has been successfully operating as one of the company’s strategic investments for almost a year. It is a modern facility with an area of 3,500 square meters, which was realized with the strong support of HBOR and HAMAG-BICRO, which further confirmed its strategic importance. The facility is equipped with the most advanced production and control technology, including automated assembly lines, 3D inspection systems and the application of artificial intelligence in quality control. Such technological solutions enable the increase of production capacities, raising the level of quality and strengthening the competitiveness of ALTPRO on the global market.
The owner and director of ALTPRO, Zvonimir Viduka, pointed out: “The long-standing cooperation with the Croatian Chamber of Economy is of exceptional value for ALTPRO, not only through membership, but especially through joint cooperation on export projects and active participation in the work of the Economic Council of the Zagreb Chamber. The visit of the HGK representatives to our new production facility in Velika Gorica is an additional confirmation of this cooperation and recognition of our development to date. We believe that such meetings further strengthen the partnership between the HGK and domestic technological leaders in production and contribute to the creation of a stronger, more innovative and competitive Croatian industry.“
The visit was concluded with a constructive discussion on the challenges and opportunities of the Croatian industry and the possibilities of further support for innovative technological companies.
