ALTPRO is a specialized company focused on the development and production of signalling systems for railway infrastructure and rolling stock.
We provide train detection systems fit for regular railway, monorail, tram, metro and APM applications, level crossing protection systems and INDUSI based automatic train protection (ATP – I60 and PZB90). Our expertise also includes integration of the whole command control and signalling subsystem, rolling stock services and on-board integrated solutions.
We combine technical excellence with a flexible, customer-focused approach, delivering everything from tailor-made small-scale systems to complex infrastructure projects. Our products are certified to the highest international safety standards (SIL 4), ensuring reliability and safety. Through our strong global partner network, we provide localized support and efficient project delivery wherever railways run.

Sustainability
Rail plays a crucial role in achieving the EU’s 2050 climate neutrality goal, primarily through a modal shift from polluting transport to rail. Although rail remains the lowest-impact mode of land transport, challenges such as energy consumption, noise, and environmental footprint remain, which we actively work to reduce.
